Outstanding service. Food was cooked exactly how it was ordered. Hosts were very warming and greeted my family as soon as we walked in. They also said goodnight as we left. It was our third visit and each visit was great.

One of the best steaks I've ever had, great service, great food and a steak menu that will appeal to everyone's needs, also many non steak choices on the menu too. The decor and atmosphere was also really nice here

My prime rib was cold. Bread was old. Service was ok. Overprice. Won’t come back

The Keg used to be top tier dining. My family went frequently when it was first built. The food, service, and environment were amazing. It's gone downhill the last few years. It's never packed anymore. On our last 2 visits, half of our orders were wrong or cold or came out 25 minutes after appetizers. The prices have gone up, but the food is now middle tier. The restaurant itself is showing its wear. Tears in the booths, overused dishware and cutlery, worn down bathrooms... inexcusable for a high end steak and seafood restaurant. The Keg needs a major overhaul or better to shut down and relaunch under new concept.

My favorite place for steaks! Everything is delicious so you can't go wrong when ordering. The staff is very attentive to your needs as well.

Great place to have a birthday dinner! Prime Rib was excellent! New York Sirloin was also very good. Cajun Shrimp was kickin! Grilled Jumbo Shrimp was very very good as well. And they also gave me some ice cream cake for my birthday! Very awesome staff, especially our waitress and server and the manager of the night. Thanks again. 👍🏿

I love the Keg. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. They steaks are phenomenal. My favorite drink is the martini made with fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff always are friendly and tend to go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Daughter and I went for dinner on a Saturday without a reservation. Bad idea as they were full with a 1 1/2 hr wait. The bar manager stepped up and said we could eat in the bar and order off the full menu. Had a wonderful steak dinner and fried cauliflower appetizer. The sourdough bread was still warm with a crackly crust and the salad was big enough for 2. Had enough leftovers for 2 more meals. Bartender David was great throughout, keeping an eye on us without being pushy. Provided little cups of sauce and dressing for the take home without being asked. Minimal noise from the big screen TV'S which was a plus. The keg is always a good experience but I think I now like eating in the bar better than the dining room. If management reads this suggest adding hooks under the bar for ladies to hang their purses. Mine was too big to fit behind me so I had to eat with it on my lap or set it on the floor.

Great prime rib! Get the Keg Classic if you like prime ribs. Honest rating is 4.5, but giving a 5-star here as management was very accommodating when we complained that our daughter’s kid’s meal bbq chicken was very dry. They took off the bill. Highly recommended place with nice ambience. Worth a visit.

The food and service here were great. The prices were very reasonable. Truly enjoyed my self.

My husband and I go for our birthday's and anniversary. We've always had excellent service and the food is exceptional. Great steaks, seafood and drinks. We love it and have always had excellent service.

Came here for my husband's birthday and he really enjoyed himself! Needed to roll him away from the table! Steaks are aged are aged well which translated into really flavorful beef, cooked to perfection

This place is my number one restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. everytime I feel like having a proper lunchon, this restaurant comes right away to my head. very good and all kinds of food and a large menu.well mannered team, and good ambience. In addition to that, the cost is decent. I recommend this restaurant with pleasure.

This was exactly the relaxing high-quality dining experience I was hoping for! At a time when it feels like most restaurants are dropping the ball on service, selection and food quality, The Keg is a wonderfully elegant, quiet, delicious dinner where you don't feel like anything is missing. Kudos to them for maintaining their integrity and still creating an inviting, positive vibe during trying times.

We've been here several times now and had several steaks and they have all been fantastic! We always sit at the bar and have had Chris every time and he's and exceptional bartender. We highly recommend The Keg to anyone wanting great steaks and superb service.

Awful. Apparently , I mean definately, not intended for to go orders. Everything was cold and flavorless. Hardly edible. If you opt for to go, expect that your order has been sitting at the host stand for an hour. Will never return... called to inform of review and inquire how they could serve such food at a supposed top notch steakhouse. Refused manager Jonathan's request for attempt at redemption. Save your money and drive on by.

Went here for my anniversary. They treated us like we were Royalty! Server was so knowledgeable. All the food was excellent. We will be back. All of the Little additional over the top things they did were exceptional.

Always good great service and it was extremely busy Valentine's day but all the servers and bar tenders were on top of everything and catering to everyone nice croud as usual food was delicious

Fantastic melt-in-your-mouth filet and seasoned just right twice-baked potatoes. And Brandon was a terrific waiter.

I randomly picked this place to treat my husband to a steak dinner, first time there for both of us. Everything from the food to service was top notch. Every employee we interacted with was very friendly, and when they sold out of the prime rib I'd ordered, the KM came to our table to apologize and comped my replacement meal as well as our dessert. They went above and beyond and the food was delicious, we'll definitely be back!

We tried KEG for birthday dinner. Stake is quite good, thr side double baked potato is great! And veggie dish is also tasty which makes here a really good place for my wife as a vegetarian.

A fine dining experience, very kind and friendly staff. The food you order comes out well cooked and the atmosphere is quite pleasant. I have been there several times now and if a mistake is made, it is taken care of right away and without incident. This is the kind of thing experience that makes me want to continue to go back and enjoy the great food and service of this restaurant.

Service was fast and excellent! I had a Ribeye (my favorite cut) and my wife had the Surf and Turf. Everything was delicious and the Red Sangria really hit the spot.

Way over priced for what you get!! I live in Dallas and ventured up north to meet up with some friends who suggested we go to The Keg. Typical lower-echelon chain Steak House with high prices for low quality food. The bacon-wrapped scallops were rubbery with under-cooked bacon. The shrimp scampi was flavorless and bland. The roasted chicken was over-cooked and dry. It came with a clumsy array of pearl onions, button mushrooms, carrots, and gnocci. In the end a very sub-par meal cost us over $400 for a party of 6. There are plenty of other dining options around for less cost and much higher quality.

I had an amazing 24 ounce Med Rare prime rib with twice baked potato and crispy bacon brussel sprouts. The creme brulee I had for desert was sweet and creamy with a perfect crunch on top. My server Jess was a delight and everyone who was working did everything they could to follow proper covid protocols. They even have a person who's sole job is to continuously disenfect things.

Nice place to share with special people. The customer service is always great and the steaks are always fresh and best quality.

Would be 5 stars. There are no description s of the steak. My ribeye showed up with nasty mushrooms on the side. Quick fix shovelling onto my husband's plate.

Our dinner was fantastic. The food and service were both at peak performance!The steak and prime rib were both cooked to perfection and tasted great. The ceasar salad here is the best in town, I would come here just for that salad. Bread is always good and the twiced baked potatoes are awesome. We always eat off the Keg classic dinners as they are the best value with the most food/options.The Billy Miner Pie is always great in flavor, though seems high in price for what it contains (basically just ice-cream).We celebrated a birthday this time and our waitress Bailey took excellent care of us! We never had to ask for anything, she anticipated our needs perfectly.Thanks for a great dinner!

I cannot speak highly enough about The Keg Steakhouse. From Sarah's greeting upon arrival to the General Manager, Jake, making sure everything was first class. I'd attempt to name all of the staff that were above and beyond, but when everyone in the restaurant makes sure you're completely satisfied, it's nearly impossible to remember everyone. This place is beautiful, the staff is outstanding, the food is superb, and the management team go above and beyond.

This is one of the best steakhouse’s that I have been to. I would definitely recommend their steak and lobster.

The prime rib was very good. Twice-baked potatoes were described as "loaded" but were not, but they were still okay. Ceasar Salad was excellent. Servers were friendly. Clean.4 to 4.5 stars.

After two visits to the Plano location I'm going to weigh in. The wait staff was wonderful during both visits. Unfortunately, the food was not. On our first visit I had the top sirloin and lobster tails. Both were dry. On our second visit I had a New York strip which was also dry and chewy. I ordered my steaks cooked medium both visits. I was very disappointed. Additionally, on our second visit the dining room was so loud I could not hear my spouse talk to me from across the table. Fortunately the waitress moved us to a smaller room. I was disappointed in this restaurant. I expect more from an eatery where it's easy to spend more than $100.00 per visit for two people. We get consistently better steaks at the Texas Roadhouse in the Colony. We won't be back to the Keg.

Very nice dinner. Service was well done. Steak was cooked perfectly although a little under seasoned.

They always have good food and good service. The filet is great and at a good price. The Caesar and wedge salads are delicious and fresh. The lobster tail is a delicious add on to the steak. The Keg is one of our regular go to restaurants.

Great food and great service! This place is upscale enough to feel like a special occasion or nice date spot but not so expensive that it will totally break the bank. Steak dinners for two would be around $60-70, not including appetizers or alcoholic drinks. The only reason I took a star off is because it is consistently quite loud around dinner time. Obviously that's because it's great and popular, but I hate having to shout across the table to have a conversation.

Underwhelming. Atmosphere was great service was OK, but the food was extremely lacking. The New York strip was definitely not aged as I was told it would be. It just didn't have that nutty flavor or tenderness that you would expect and it was in fact rubbery. I saw another comment that stated Texas Roadhouse has better steaks, and while I think Roadhouse actually has a pretty good steak in general, I completely agree. I just expected more from this place. If you're looking to spend a little extra money, stick to Ocean Prime or Knife.

Excellent choice for Thanksgiving Day. We go here about once a month and have never been disappointed. Delicious food, great atmosphere, convenient location and top notch staff
